Your Trip Planning Process

1. Inquire - Fill out the quick questionnaire and provide basic details of what experience you desire. You will then be contacted to schedule your complementary consultation to chat about your trip.

2. Connect - During your complementary consultation via Zoom, Skype, or Google Duo, we'll gather more details on what you want out of your experience and the type of change of scenery that you need. We will also answer any questions that you have about moving forward with planning and the booking process.

3. Craft & Book - If you decide to move forward booking your journey with COSA, we'll work with our travel partners to develop an itinerary that meets your needs and share a proposal and quote for your review and feedback. After perfecting your ideal experience, we will then move forward booking every aspect for you and collect any deposits that are required.

5. Prepare - Leading up to your departure, you will feel at ease by receiving your detailed itinerary and travel documents as well as any important contact information that may be needed for any assistance along your journey.

6. Experience Something New - Fully emerge into the change of scenery you are on your way to experience
